What is your return policy?

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on equipment unless the item is not functional upon delivery. We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their purchases upon receipt.

Exceptions to the Policy

If a piece of equipment is found to be non-functional within 7 days of delivery, please contact us immediately at 586-329-9020 or email us at sales@mnrequipment.com. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange for a return or exchange, depending on the nature of the issue.
