Tri-Clamp Gasket – Type 3 (Envelope)
Type 3 envelope tri-clamp gaskets feature a layered construction designed to provide superior chemical resistance and long-term sealing reliability in sanitary process connections. Available in 0.5" and 1.5" sizes, these gaskets are offered in two material configurations — PTFE/EPDM sandwich and FKM — to suit a range of process media and temperature requirements. Select sizes are available with integrated 40 or 60 mesh 316 stainless steel screens for inline coarse filtration without additional fittings. Designed for use in pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical handling, and industrial sanitary piping systems requiring dependable tri-clamp sealing performance.
